From Survival Mode to High Performance

I help L&D executives protect capacity during A.I. disruption using the F.L.O.W. Framework

What if survival mode
is the real performance crisis?

Most organizations minimize the impact of workplace burnout until the cost appears in retention rates. I help leadership teams catch it early and act before it shows up in the numbers.

Meet Rabih

Rabih El Khodr built the F.L.O.W. Framework out of one of the most difficult periods a person can face. In nine weeks, he lost his home, his father, and his firstborn son. What came after became the foundation for one of the most distinctive voices in leadership performance.

With over 20 years spanning Marketing Communications, Human Resources, and Organizational Learning at global organizations, Rabih brings a rare combination of operational credibility and stage presence to the conversation on burnout and performance. He has worked with the likes of Deloitte Canada, Bombardier Aerospace, SI-Group, McGraw Hill, Johnson & Johnson, and Dow.

He is the author of "The Way Out of Burnout" (Manuscripts Press, 2026) and the creator of the F.L.O.W. Framework, a research-informed model for moving leaders and teams from survival mode to high performance.

Based in Toronto, Rabih is fluent across cultures and languages and is frequently deployed across North America and the MENA region.

Survival Mode Is Costing You

Burnout and Performance in the Age of A.I.

Burnout is a structural performance risk, and most organizations don't see it until it shows up in attrition, decision fatigue, and execution gaps.

This keynote reframes burnout as an early performance signal and equips leadership teams to build the conditions for sustainable high performance.

Attendees will leave able to :

  • Recognize the top 3 performance signals of burnout before productivity and retention are impacted

  • Understand how A.I. acceleration increases cognitive load and decision fatigue in teams

  • Implement 4 practical strategies to protect capacity while sustaining speed and ownership

Beyond Survival Mode

Applying F.L.O.W. to Team Performance

Survival mode doesn't announce itself. It builds in the habits and patterns that shape how a team operates under stress and, by the time it shows up in performance data, it's already costing you.

This workshop goes beyond awareness. Using the F.L.O.W. framework, leadership teams work through the specific dynamics driving survival-mode performance in their organization and leave with a plan to move beyond it.

Participants will leave able to:

  • Identify the specific survival-mode patterns undermining their team's performance

  • Apply the F.L.O.W. framework to their team's real challenges and dynamics

  • Build a concrete action plan that the team can implement before the next working week
