What if survival mode
is the real performance crisis?
Burnout isn't a late wellness problem.
It's an early performance signal.
Most organizations miss it until the cost appears in their retention rates, and the quality of decisions being made at the top. I help leadership teams catch it earlier and act before it shows up in the numbers.

Meet Rabih
Rabih El Khodr built the F.L.O.W. Framework out of one of the most difficult periods a person can face. In nine weeks, he lost his home, his father, and his firstborn son. What came after became the foundation for one of the most distinctive voices in leadership performance.
With over 20 years spanning Marketing Communications, Human Resources, and Organizational Learning at global organizations, Rabih brings a rare combination of operational credibility and stage presence to the conversation on burnout and performance. He has worked with the likes of Deloitte Canada, Bombardier Aerospace, SI-Group, McGraw Hill, Johnson & Johnson, and Dow.
He is the author of "The Way Out of Burnout" (Manuscripts Press, 2026) and the creator of the F.L.O.W. Framework, a research-informed model for moving leaders and teams from survival mode to high performance.
Based in Canada, Rabih is fluent across cultures and languages and is frequently deployed across North America and the MENA region.
